DEALER INFORMATION
This is the second year for this quality antiques fair in central York . The National RailwayMuseum will provide a wonderful venue for this event.
Whilst the fair will be exhibiting quality antiques it provides an opportunity to sell without the high overheads of a stand fitted fair. All dealers will be required to give a description of the stock including age and quality. Please note that reproductions and new goods will not be allowed.
FACILITIES
The venue offers top quality conference rooms which are well lit. All stands have access to a power point. Tables are all 6ft in length. The Museum café and restaurant will be open throughout the fair.
ADMISSION and LOADING
Saturday Unloading from 6.30 am Trade Buyers 9am (Free Parking) Fair opens 10am – 5pm Museum closes at 6pm
Sunday Exhibition areas open for dealer access from 9.15.am Fair opens 10am- 5pm Under no circumstances may stock be removed before 5pm when the fair closes.
You will be directed to your nearest unloading point.
Admission charge £2.00 Concessions £1.50 Accompanied children free
The Railway Museum entrance is free
Free parking for exhibiting dealers in designated areas for the duration of the fair.
SECURITY The exhibition rooms will be securely locked when all dealers have left on Sunday evening. There is a 24 hour security guard on site overnight. Whilst every precaution will be taken, the organiser takes no responsibility for lost or stolen items whilst at the fair.
Please note:- You must ensure that you have an appropriate licence.
All portable electrical equipment and lighting must have an annual check and the current annual test pass label attached to each appliance to comply with health and safety requirements
No display can be attached to the fabric of the conference suite. All display must be free standing.
The Museum has stipulated that no railwayana may be sold.

Payments can be made by credit or debit card over the phone by calling 01904 637000. Full payment for stands will be invoiced unless cancellation is received not less than 4 days prior to the event. Credit/debit card facilities are available to all exhibiting dealers. Simply call 01904 637000 during the fair and we will process your credit/debit card sales. Dealers will receive funds within 10 working days. A charge of 4% is made on all electronic sales
