The Red House York is an 18th century former town house, situated in the heart of the city centre. It is a Grade 2* listed building which was constructed in 1700 for Sir William Robinson, Lord Mayor of York, and is reputed to be designed by William Etty.
The antiques centre business was originally established in Harrogate in 1986 after many years of successful trading in Yorkshire. This new and prestigious site in the City of York opened in the summer of 1999.
Customers now have the opportunity to view one of York`s historic houses and browse through 10 showrooms and over 30,000 items of antiques and collectables.
This is one of York`s "must see" destinations for visitors and collectors alike.
